Warren Quality of Life Warren is a terrible city. The water department is ignorant and notoriously unhelpful. nobody cares about you in Warren. The communities are home to crack and heroin dealers gunshots can be heard rather frequently at nighttime. cars with very loud systems cruise the communitites downtown at all hours of the night, everynight. The drug dealers run Warren and you live in fear of every person you see walking around. on my street there were two shootings in 6 months and on person was shot while running thru my front yard. Warren is not a place you want to move to unless you live on the outskirts of the city and even then warren is trash. only the doctors and lawyers make out in warren in their gated communities. everyone else deals with unsafe gas stations and streets
