1. very pretty town 2. nice place for a retiree who doesn't mind a place that
gets a lot of snow like Gunnison or Durango 3. very nice people 4. very low crime rate
Cons
1. ZERO jobs 2. snow blows over very fast in Co but if you don't like snow
this isn't the place for you 3. very limited cultural scene 4. poor selection
of rests.
