Looks aren't everything.
No jobs, no entertainment, no alcohol, nothing for kids to do. Drugs & crime in abundance. Retirees move here and leave 1-2 yrs later due to crime and excessive heat and oppressive humidity.
High cost of living due to no competition in shopping choices. Most have to drive 1.5 hrs to get medical help and shopping.
