I just wanted to respond to the wonderful comments earlier. That gentleman needs to hang out with a better crowd. There are a lot of intelligent people in Phoenix and a ton of white-collar jobs: high-tech, medicine, bio-science, engineering, I could go on forever. I moved here from a wonderful city with a lousy climate. Phoenix is not perfect, but it does have a lot to offer.
