Washington Park Area Good or Bad? I am considering relocating to Denver, CO. I am a single parent with an 11 year old son. I have been hearing good things about the Wash Park area. Does anyone have infomation regarding the schools around this area? Private or Public? Cost of living? Is that very close to downtown? Are there a lot of drugs there? Drinking? etc. Any feedback would be greatly apprecaited.
