Patriotic, Raw, Real!
I’ve lived here for 3 years so far. My first impression is still much the same. It is one of the most patriotic places I’ve ever been in the United States. That said, it’s the real deal. Freedom isn’t free. Most who live here can hear Fort Bragg train. The rest either read about, see, or knows some of those costs personally. Sad, but real truth. Fayetteville is what you choose to make it. One can be a help, or a hindrance. Lots of retired military here.
