economy There are three main employers in this community--a state university an indian tribe, and plant nurseries. If you are not highly degreed then you will only find clerical jobs. If you are not a cerified card carrying indian, the tribal preference will eliminate you from their applicants. If you don't like working with your hands in all kinds of weather and you don't speak spanish, odds are the nurseries won't hire you. Sooo--best move on.
