Not enough space
Hoboken, NJ, is a fun town, only a step away from NYC. I have really enjoyed it over the past several years, but alas, the cost of housing is so high that we cannot afford to buy a larger place in this area (larger then a two bedroom). Hence we will have to say goodbye within the next year if we'd like more space and to continue expanding our growing family.
