Have a secure job before moving here..... Warren, Ohio has alot to offer but jobs are not one of them. Northeast area has nice neighborhoods. There are lots of foreclosed homes siting empty that fall prey to crime. We are surrounded with nicer communities and do have good schools. You are not going to rent any decent homes here for under $675. It's cheaper to buy. I live Northwest near Packard Music Hall and enjoy walking around my neighborhood morning or evening.
