Duarte is horrible Been living here for over 40 years and gang members took over, many shootings and crime makes you not want to leave your home. City has 3 police patrol cars and they patrol the areas of the higher priced homes. Parks are gang hangouts and there are sirens and police helicopters every night if you live below huntington dr....even above your cars and homes get robbed. The city does very little to change things as long as their homes are safe. Too bad Duarte is a little town full of young gangbangers that shoot at anyone and they get away with it because under 18. DONT BUY IN DUARTE!
