South Dakota Beautiful, Unhappy People in Newell We recently spent some time in South Dakota and enjoyed it very much. We crossed paths with really nice people in Rapid City and Spearfish. Newell had some nice people but also some of the rudest people we've been around. I'm not sure if they're just unhappy angry people or if they don't like newcomers, but it was sad to be around.
