Amazing up and coming area! Excellent area - 15 minutes from DC and Alexandria - 1 exit away from MGM and National Harbor. Great value on home prices! This area is going to also be the home of FBI headquarters. The tax revenue from MGM will only make this a great investment property. The purple line metro is also on it's way. This will be the Next Tysons corner!
