Great little town Lived in Baraboo in the 90's and still seems to be a thriving small town. Would love to hear from residents and homeowners how they find it as a place to buy and sell real estate. I realize due to the small size of the town properties may move slowly and also due to the realitively low housing prices (compared to the west) perhaps not huge amounts of $$ are made selling properties, but will someone please update me on the viable-ness of fixing up properties and selling them in Baraboo? I realize you must buy them right, but are properties selling? older homes? thanks...Patrick
