OK, if you have to move
Pros: four seasons, 1hr away from Pittsburgh, good schools, good kids activities, affordable, a couple good parks
Cons: a lot of old houses, no sidewalks outside of downtown area, bad roads (no space for bicycles), no culture, many rainy days.
