Location Location Location
San Jose is within 25 miles to the South, San Francisco within 25 miles to the North. Half-moon bay (the coast) within 25 miles to the west, and Berkley/Oakland are within 25 miles to the east. Napa is just an additional 25 miles from there. Belmont is a great location. Nice green hills, LOTS of deer, great schools and friendly people. House are expensive but worth it for a lifetime location.
