HOOK-UP FEES WE RECENTLY BUILT A HOME HERE AND THE HOOK-UP FEES ARE MUCH HIGHER THAN SURROUNDING TOWNS. WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF BUILDING NEW SCHOOLS BUT THIS HIGH FEE WAS IN PLACE WAY BEFORE THAT. WITH A STAGNET HOUSING MARKET, YOU WOULD HOPE THIS WOULD GET LOWERED. IT IS CURRENTLY APPROX. $9,300 FOR AN AVERAGE HOME HERE. YOU DO GET $1,000 BACK WHEN THE PROJECT IS FINISHED.
