it is a nice place but lacks good paying job The cost of living here is not cheap food is expensive if you make 45k you are screwed. If you are a minority you better have a job before you come down here other wise you are screwed. If you have bad money management skills you are screwed. It is a nice place to live the people can be friendly but dont let that fool you.......................
