Not so pristine
Everyone will tell you how beautiful, wonderful, and safe this area is. I finally read a few paragraphs on here where someone hit the nail on the head. There is a ton of crime, drugs, and unemployment. Houseing costs and cost of living are through the roof leaving the working class in low income housing and barely able to feed their families.
