Great cost of living Newburgh has very reasonable living costs for homes that would cost millions of dollars anywhere else close to NYC. Just look across the river at Beacon. Now is the time to buy homes. Look for homes near Liberty St, Downing Park, and the hospital. Oh, and anything near the waterfront is beautiful (and more expensive) as well!
