Rates are up Finding a place to live in the Seatle area that is comparable to the cost of living is getting more and more difficult. Hosing is getting increasingly more expensive...even in the older neighborhoods north of the city. However, we love the city and what it has to offer and are willing to pay the price for convenience...for now anyway.
