Low cost of living, excellent schools in Floyd county Indiana make it desirable for families as well. Horse racing at Churchill Downs, top notch college sports at the University of Louisville (a football as well as basketball powerhouse), provide excellent leisure time activities. Plentiful golf courses and a genuine 4 seasons climate add to the allure.
