General
Have lived here for 10+ years. A lot of growth during that time and housing prices have reflected that. The family and I enjoy the area (I am a transplant from the midwest and have lived in several other New England communities) and have found it to be a great place to raise the family. Schools could use a bit more help, but generally our children have done well and thrived. There are some private school options in the area. The people care for the city, it is well kept and improvements are made, just not at the rate many would like to see, but that is what a budget is all about, right? As well, with any city this size (40,000+), it has a few challenges....all that being said, I'd recommend it and have very much enjoyed the living experience. I'd be hard pressed to move.
