Seasonal weather without the snow. Minneola is one of only a few areas in Florida that has rolling hills and land up to and over 300 feet above sea level. The trees are mostly oak and does not reflect the typical Florida look. The climate has the best of both worlds offering typical Florida sunny weather as well as northern change of seasons without the snow.
