Too much new development
I have lived in Irvine since 2001. The pros': safe, clean, great schools, parks everywhere, central OC location. Con's; corrupt city council, EXTREME OVER DEVELOPMENT, No neighborhood bars allowed, over zealous police force, traffic. It was a much better city when we first bought our home then now.
