Rampant Growing Crime I don't reside here and after searching for a place to relocate to, I find the nice quiet suburban streets don't reflect the crime, although beautiful Black Diamond and Citrus Hills are included - both seem very safe and upscale. Drugs here and lack of meaningful quality employment fro young people seem to be the main problem. I've read 1/3 of the residents are below the poverty level. Again, you have to separate the BD and CH areas I mentioned above for the far better exceptions.
