DON'T LIVE IN QUARTZSITE, AZ
Maybe parts of the Colorado River are great and the camping in the winter time is fun but the summers are the second hottest in AZ. No where to go no shopping malls, no theaters and lots of snakes it is a nothing town with corrupt senior apartments ran by a very bad management company. Don't waste your time coming here an don't think you are going to save money because it is a senior "Tax Credit" property. No hospital, no doctors, and you must drive over to CA to Blythe which offers not much more or go to Parker, AZ which is on an Indian Reservation leased by AZ so everything costs more!
Beware Seniors of Quartzsite Senior Apartments in particular and also no US mail delivery no good phone service and only satellite TV. Not a good place to live at least in the summer!
