want to move Also wondering about moving to Sarasota. I am a single woman aged 65 who has to move because the place I currently rent is too expensive. A friend has elderly parents in Sarasota and said it is a great place -- but some of the reviews here frighten me. I looked at rentals on Craig's list as I cannot afford to buy a house. I have to move in December so I will arrive when the snowbirds are renting all the short term spaces. I would like to find a place I can stay for at least a few years so I don't have to move again. I am really getting too old for this.
