Small, beautiful, friendly place to live
We moved here from a bigger town 3 1/2 years ago. My husband used to have a chronic cold and now with the clean air his cold has disappeared. The village is small but not non-existent, the people are friendly, the housing is very affordable, the water is clean, there's so much mother nature that everyone can use it's amazing! If you want a varied night life this is not the place to come but if you want a peaceful, unharried lifestyle in a beautiful area with fishing, hunting, orving, snowmobiling, tubing down The Ausable River - one of the country's cleanest premier fly fishing and canoeing rivers, then check out Mio. People welcome you here and make you feel at home.
