Bad all the way around!
I lived there in 1975, 76 and 77 and my one parent is still there and I would not recommend this area to anyone including the city of San Bernardino and this includes most of the Inland Empire unless you like what poverty brings like violent crime, thugs, gangs and parolees. Muscoy is a nice rural area by day and target for theft assaults and robberies by night. This is Definitely not a place to raise a family. My parents home was riddled with bullets 3 years ago, neighbor murdered 20 years ago, parent garage robbed, murder of a 19 year old in 2020 at local store and yet another 25 year old lifetime resident in front of elementary school. A convenience store was clerk murdered in 2019, the list is long and wide. So if you must locate to the Inland Empire choose Grand Terrace, Redlands, Yucaipa or parts of the city of Riverside. That's the facts!
