Looking for a Change As many of you know, the Northwest is known for its quality of life and is indeed a great place to live. I'm a Seattle area native who grew up here and also lived in Oregon's Willamette Valley for over three decades. I am now at the point in my life where I would like to spend at least half the year in a warmer climate, making real estate investments and enjoying the benefits that come with financial freedom.
