Baiting Hollow - The Bluffs overlooking Long Islan
PROS: If you fish, boat, camp on the beach, or just like a daily breathtaking view of the Sound across all the way to Connecticut, this is the place for you! I live on a golf course with two first class restaurants on the grounds, and one less than 5 minutes away. In this condominium community we live alongside two others, a summer community, single homes, a horse rescue farm, and acres of corn, pumpkins, and other produce.
First rate hospitals, universities and colleges nearby. A pleasure to live here the past 20 years.
CONS: You need a car to go anywhere. Taxes and utilities are high. Some kick-ass blizzards in the winter.
