The "Northern Area" of the Edwardsville school district includes several small towns and rural areas. The township of Dorsey has the best of both worlds. Originally a farming community, it provides a rural atmosphere while only 15 minutes away from larger towns in any direction. Interstates are easily accessible, making a trip to St. Louis,MO less than an hour away.
