Severn, MD General Overview
I've lived in Severn for about 3 years. Locaton is great. It's near at least 4-5 major highway access points as well as the BWI airport. Located between Baltimore and DC, it's a great location to live. Housing prices can be a bit high but for the most part affordable. Crime levels can be good anf bad depending on where you live. The closer you get to Baltimore, the worse the stats get. The greatest draw for most is the job climate. The MD/DC/VA job climate is booming, especially as it relates to the technology field.
