Windsor, CO The town of Windsor is still horrid. I grew up and went K-10th in Windsor in the 70's and 80's and graduated in Loveland. Nothing has changed with Windsor since then except more houses and bigger schools. There is still nothing to do for the kids besides party and do things they shouldn't be doing. After learning that there was still serious drug issues in the Windsor schools and community (not Mary Jane), we took our children to other schools. Windsor is not somewhere to raise children!
