Housing Market? Aren't homes with Lake views what My mom is moving from Mooresville and has her house on the market now. She is joining me in Kansas City and even though the cost of living is more, she needs to live near family. She is sorely going to miss her home in Mooresville with lake views and beautiful pines. It seems like the housing market there is in a slump. Does anyone know why? Being from out of state, it is hard to understand what is happening there. Would love some feedback!
