North OC is basically LA
Westminster is a very busy, albeit somewhatsafer area to live. It's nicely located not far from freeways or the beach, has a good mall and plenty of shopping options. Little Saigon is a fun place to take visitors. It's at the crossroads of three large cities (Santa Ana, Huntington Beach and Garden Grove) and that makes for some heavily trafficked roads and polluted air. It's not really a place to raise kids, unless you find a private school. The public schools here rate very poorly, unfortunately. Overall, a nice town. But don't expect too much quiet.
