Too Crowded
Pearland is a great place to raise children, but it has gotten extremely crowded with construction and houses and people. As a result, the quality of life we enjoyed when we first moved here no longer exists, for many of the big city problems have found there way here. However, there is a good school system and plenty of eateries and stores in which to spend your money.
