Great access to mountains, real CO natives, older Head out 128th and be at 8000ft. trailhead in less than an hour. Hundreds of miles of mountain trails close by. Great if you love to hike or mountain bike. Skiing one hour away. People are mostly native coloradians and very friendly (unlike southern denver - all californians). Houses are small and older. Six months of the year are below freezing in the morning and can snow. The other six months are fantastic.
