Wanting to move to carmicheal or Folsom Hello I am moving to california. I would like to stay in the northern area. I am moving from minnesota. I cant stand the weather here. I am looking for be able to raise my son he is 4 so he will be starting kindergarden when we move there. We love doing things outdoors, but with the weather so bi-polar here we have to be stuck inside from the -20 degrees its been this year. Give me some out look.
