Viroqua, Wisconsin is a small town with a population of just under 4,000 people. Despite its size, the town offers an excellent education for students. Viroqua has two school districts that serve the city’s residents: the Viroqua Area School District and the Stoddard-Bergen-Carson Area School District. The latter is one of just 16 districts in Wisconsin to be rated as “Excellent” by the state Department of Public Instruction. Students here enjoy a wide variety of educational opportunities including advanced placement courses, college and career readiness programs, and fine arts and athletic activities. The schools also offer a variety of extracurricular activities that help students develop their interests and skills outside of the classroom.
