Lyden, NM is a small town with a population of 172 people and a population density of 60 people per square mile. Despite its small size, Lyden offers plenty of opportunities for business and recreation alike. There are several businesses in the area such as Rich's Repair & Towing, Vazquez Grocery Store and The Feed Barn. For those wanting to get out and enjoy nature, Woodland Park provides numerous outdoor activities including camping, fishing, hiking, and more. Additionally, each year the local Lions Club organizes the annual Harvest Festival in October to celebrate the season. Lastly, there are plenty of sporting events in the area including youth soccer and high school basketball games which take place throughout the year.
