While Delhi has a much lower ranking due to its high population density and lack of infrastructure compared to other cities in India, Los Angeles scores higher because of its temperate climate, vast array of amenities, good education system and overall quality of life. With infrastructure improvements on the horizon for Delhi and the ever-growing popularity for LA city living; both cities have much potential for improvement when it comes to their respective rankings on bestplaces.
