Franklin, ME is a small town in the state of Maine with a population of approximately 1,500 people. Despite its size, there are several local religious congregations within the community. These churches provide spiritual guidance and an opportunity for fellowship to many of the town's residents. The most prominent churches in Franklin include the Zion Methodist Church, which was established in 1798 and is one of the oldest congregations in Maine; New Hope Baptist Church which was built in 1857; and St. Patrick's Catholic Church which has been providing sacraments to Catholics since 1864.
