Sheridan, Wisconsin is a small town situated in the heart of Northwestern Wisconsin. Despite its small population, Sheridan has a proud and resilient sense of community with many local religious congregations. There are two churches in Sheridan – the First Presbyterian Church of Sheridan and the St. John’s United Methodist Church. Both churches offer traditional services with a modern twist, as well as classes aimed at helping their congregation grow spiritually. The First Presbyterian Church of Sheridan also has an active youth ministry that helps young people find their place within the church community. St. John’s United Methodist Church focuses on reaching out to the surrounding community by offering programs such as free meals for those in need or bible studies for new believers. Both churches strive to create an atmosphere of love and support within their congregations, allowing people to build meaningful relationships with each other while learning more about God and his word.
