Elgin, NE is a small town in northeastern Nebraska with a population of about 1,400 people. Despite its size, Elgin offers a great selection of schools for its local students. At the top of the list is Elgin Public School, which earned an A+ rating from GreatSchools for its excellent performance in academics and test scores.
