Jacksonville, Arkansas is a small city located in Pulaski County. It is home to over 28,000 residents, and has a strong sense of community spirit. The local government in Jacksonville consists of a Mayor-Council form of government, with the Mayor being elected to serve as the leader for four-year terms. The City Council is comprised of seven members, each with their own ward they represent in the city. Currently there are two candidates running for Mayor - incumbent Mayor Bob Johnson and challenger David Miller. Both candidates have emphasized their commitment to helping make Jacksonville an even better place to live and work by focusing on improving education, infrastructure and public safety. In addition, both have made improving economic development through job creation a priority for their campaigns. Ultimately it will be up to the voters of Jacksonville to decide who will lead them into the future.

R if the Republican Party candidate won, D if the Democratic Party candidate won and I if the Independent Party candidate won.
