Confluence, PA is a small town with a population of about 3,000 people. It has one mayor and five council members who make up the local government. The mayor and city council are responsible for making decisions that affect the everyday lives of the citizens of Confluence. R if the Republican Party candidate won, D if the Democratic Party candidate won and I if the Independent Party candidate won.
