Fountain Hill, Pennsylvania is a small borough located in Northampton County within the Lehigh Valley area. The area has a long and rich history dating back to the 18th century when it was first established. While Fountain Hill does not have its own elected officials, it is part of Northampton County, which has a Board of Commissioners to govern the county as well as representatives in both the state and federal government. As of the most recent census, there are around 3,500 people living in Fountain Hill.
