Geneva, Pennsylvania is a small borough situated on the northwest side of Beaver County. It is home to around 1,700 residents and has an interesting political history. The current mayor of Geneva is Paul Minerd, who was elected in 2019. He is supported by a Borough council consisting of seven members, all of whom are elected at-large. The local government follows a nonpartisan format which allows for voters to choose candidates without being tied to any particular party label.
