West Feliciana, located in Louisiana's East Feliciana Parish, is a small rural community with a population of just over 15,000. It has been predominantly Republican since the mid-20th century and is strongly conservative in its politics and values. The County government is composed of five elected members who serve as commissioners to oversee the affairs of the county and provide services to its residents.
